MONROEVILLE, Pa., January 4, 2010 — InventionHome is pleased to announce that they have finalized a license agreement for a unique product titled “Zap Chiller”. Inventor Steve F. of Sugar Land, Texas has patented an appliance that is capable of conveniently chilling or freezing a beverage or food item, by using cold air that is temperature controlled. It will allow most food items and/or beverages to be frozen, typically in less than one minute. Also, leftovers, still hot, can be chilled before putting them away reducing the chances of bacterial contamination. Because it is chilling by convection, the device is considerably faster than a refrigerator, which freezes by conduction.
InventionHome was able to generate interest on the device, which culminated in a license agreement reached earlier today. Due to the complex develop involved with this product, launch is expected some time in 2011.
